  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious script payloads.
  • Upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or trade secrets.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe server vulnerabilities, reverse engineer conversion endpoints, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to flood our conversion API endpoints beyond normal web browser interactions.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unlawful purpose.

6. Third-Party Cloud Services

Our tools integrate with third-party cloud providers, including Google Drive and Dropbox. Using these cloud features requires interacting with third-party authentication and picker APIs. File2Format is not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party cloud services.

7. Service Availability & Uptime

8. Conversion Results & Accuracy

File conversions are performed programmatically using open-source libraries and custom parsing code. While we continuously refine conversion accuracy, results can vary based on complex layout formatting, custom fonts, embedded media, or source file corruption.

File2Format does not guarantee that converted files will achieve 100% pixel-perfect or layout-identical formatting in every instance. Users are advised to review converted files before critical publishing, legal, or commercial use.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The site architecture, code, visual design, icons, graphic assets, brand name, logo, and original text content on File2Format are owned by File2Format and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
